Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days after the delivery date.
If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
Return Conditions

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
